Meth possession charges laid

Members received a report of an individual damaging a fuel line on a diesel tank at Rack Petroleum. and is included in the calls the Unity RCMP Detachment reported in their weekly policing report for Feb. 1-7

UNITY REPORT

RCMP received a complaint of an individual putting trash in another individual’s trailer. There are no suspects at this time.

Members conducted a well-being check at the request of a concerned citizen.

Police received a complaint of uttering threats. Members spoke to the subjects of complaint and issued a verbal warning.

Members acted as mediators in a family disagreement.

RCMP received a complaint of theft but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members attended the sudden death of a 90-year-old female in Scott. The death was not suspicious in nature.

Police received a complaint of assault but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members spoke to an individual regarding a disagreement with another person about an online sale of property.

RCMP received a complaint of uttering threats. Members attended but the victim declined to proceed.

Police received two complaints of trespassing at a business. The subjects of complaint left the premises willingly when Members arrived.

RCMP received a complaint of uttering threats. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

There was also one false alarm.

WILKIE REPORT

RCMP received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a report of an individual failing to comply with an undertaking, but it was unfounded.

Members received a report of an individual damaging a fuel line on a diesel tank at Rack Petroleum. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received a complaint of theft from a motor vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a report of a stolen truck from Wilkie but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members received a complaint of a break and enter into a residence shed. There are no suspects at this time.

RCMP assisted an individual in obtaining transportation.

Police received a complaint of assault. Members attended but the complainant declined to proceed.

MACKLIN REPORT

RCMP received a report of an unwanted individual at a business. Members spoke to the subject of complaint who left the premises willingly.

A business reported product lost during shipment. Reported as per business policy.

A 39-year-old Macklin female was charged with possession of methamphetamine after Members received a complaint of an individual intoxicated in public.

Police received a complaint of false pretences. This matter is still under investigation.

There was also one false 911 call.
