If it is in fact the homeless, why are the police just letting them take the heads? If there is that many being stolen, there must be a way to prevent it. Obviously, they could actually arrest the criminals, but my guess is they are letting it happen on purpose so that the city has an excuse to switch over to hotspot. Absolutely ridiculous.

This council will do anything but care about what matters. Seriously, there is nothing wrong with diesel, especially since electric would be a massive investment into a sector of municipal government that makes no money.

The provincial government could do much better to just keep people off the street, but the root causes can only be solved by the federal government. Such as responsible policing by the RCMP, keeping drugs off the streets, and cost of living.
