REGINA — A new lineup is coming for the Fall 2025 Leisure Guide.
In a media release from the City of Regina, the new line-up will include art, wellness, adapted, and youth recreation programs in the new guide.
At the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre, this fall will introduce intermediate stained glass, a class that lets students continue building stained glass skills through independent projects.
For adults over 15 looking to improve their fitness, LiveWell, a small-group personal training in a supportive gym environment is starting Tuesday, Sept. 2, at the Fieldhouse.
Meanwhile, adapted programs will be offered in multiple locations, continuing to support inclusive access to recreation.
This includes adapted badminton, where teens provide youth with disabilities a chance to learn skills in a fun environment, and adapted adult strength & balance, a beginner fitness class focusing on core strength and mobility.
There will also be experiences for kids and youth, including Roblox coding, introducing game creation for kids aged 10 to 14. Also, lacrosse will offer skill-building sessions for ages 5 to 12.
Finally, popular sports jam classes are returning for all abilities, girls-only and even adults.
The new guide is available now to view online, with registration opening Tuesday, Aug, 12 at 7 a.m. for Regina residents and Thursday, Aug. 14 at 7 a.m. for non-residents.
