REGINA –A Weyburn woman, who was wanted by police, has been released on bail following a court appearance in Regina Provincial Court on May 1. Anjay Sarty, 40, is scheduled to return to court in Weyburn on May 13.
Sarty was arrested by Weyburn RCMP on April 28, and appeared in court in Weyburn on April 30. On that day, her case was waived to Regina court.
She faces several charges, including forgery, theft, fraud, providing false information, and failure to comply with a probation order. These charges stem from multiple incidents that took place between December 2024 and February 2025.
