SASKATOON — Saskatoon Police Service says that shortly after 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 30, members of the Guns and Gangs Unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of 20th Street East and 1st Avenue South resulting in the arrests of three persons and evidentiary seizures.
Seized were:
- Roger SR22 .22 calibre rifle
- $2,356 CAD
As a result, a 20-year-old man has been charged with four firearms-related offences and was found to have three outstanding warrants for his arrest. The two other arrested persons were released without charges.
