Well, it is officially that time of year again The store shelves that once held inflatable swimming wings, margarita mixes, sunscreen and bug spray are now home to row-after-row of backpacks, calculators and rulers.

You belong in my garden

Dubbed the "Bummer Summer" by British Columbian standards, it's been a cool, wet first half of the year. Personally I haven't missed the scorching temperatures blanketing much of the continent but I can't say the same for the garden.
