UPDATE:
ESTEVAN - Highways in the Estevan area were reporting seasonal driving conditions and good visibility Thursday morning.
They had reduced visibility Wednesday night due to the fog.
According to the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highway Hotline, the affected routes included:
- Highway 39 from Midale to the Canada-U.S. border, including the Estevan truck bypass;
- Highway 18 from the junction with Highway 35 to the junction with Highway 9;
- Highway 47 from the Canada-U.S. border to the Handsworth Road north of Stoughton;
- Highway 350 from the Canada-U.S. border to the junction with Highway 18;
- Highway 9 from the Canada-U.S. border to the junction with Highway 18; and
- Highway 361 between Highway 47 and Highway 9.
