ESTEVAN - Angela Brokenshire, who resides at the Estevan Regional Nursing Home, got busy making colourful scarves before the pandemic.

The therapeutic hobby had her busy for almost two years, in which she created dozens of cozy pieces. Some of them she sold, some were gifted to her family, friends and staff at the nursing home.

But she decided a long time ago that come December, she would donate everything she has left to the Angel Tree to be gifted to the community.

On Thursday, Angel Tree volunteers Jolie Bayda and Char Seeman stopped by to pick up the donation, and they were fascinated with Brokenshire's talent and generosity.
