Nominations are open for the annual Parent/Grandparent of the Year Awards.
The Family will be hosting the Bernard Kot Parent/Grandparent of the Year Awards and Chocolate Decadence Evening on February 12, 2011 at McKenna Hall.
Events coordinator for The Family Place Jennifer Morin is encouraging residents to write down some stories and anecdotes about their parents/grandparents while their families are gathered for the holidays.
"Do not wait for your loved ones eulogy to tell the world how wonderful he or she is."
Nomination forms can be picked up at The Family Place. The deadline for submissions is January 24, 2011.
