Updated: roads open in Estevan again after water main breaks repaired

ESTEVAN - The intersection of Fourth Avenue and Second Street in Estevan is open once again, the City of Estevan said Thursday afternoon. 

The area was closed due to a water main break. 

The closure meant no access from Perkins Street to Fourth Avenue north of Perkins. As well, access from Perkins Street to Second Street was local traffic only.

Also, the 400-block of Maple Bay is open again after it was shut down due to a water main break.
