Tim McMillan, minister of Energy and Resources, chats with Murray McGillivray and Dale Mainil, as he was the guest speaker for the Sask Party's spring banquet on Thursday evening at McKenna Hall. McMillan spoke about the strength of the oil industry, helping Saskatchewan to be an export leader in Canada, with prospects strong for the coming year. MLA Dustin Duncan, the Health minister, also spoke briefly at the banquet, introducing McMillan.
