The Estevan Police Service is asking local residents to refrain from travel, even within the city, unless it is absolutely necessary.
The EPS issued a press release shortly after 1 p.m. saying they were currently responding to four different accidents including one that involved six vehicles.
Travel is not recommended in southeast Saskatchewan as a blizzard has created white out conditions. Visibility is zero in many parts including certain locations within the city limits.
