The school ski trip to Asessippi was a huge success. The weather cooperated by supplying a beautiful day and the students did their part by supplying endless energy. It was great to see so many smiling faces on the slopes.

Our next Middle Years Activity Day is scheduled for Friday, February 18th. Parents are needed, so if you can spare an afternoon and take part in some great school spirit please contact Mr. Johnson at the school.

The G.F. Kells Drama Club continues to meet Monday evenings at 7:00. The plays have been cast and the cast and crew are excited about the Regional Festival in April.

Badminton continues with junior practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 till 5:00 and senior practices on Thursday evenings.

Curling continues on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:30 - 5:00. Good luck to our Senior Girls Curling team as they travel to Lampman on February 14th/15th for SHSAA playoffs. Juniors will be in Weyburn on March 10 and 11.

The 2 new virtual signs have arrived. These signs will not only act as a beacon for students to find their way to school, but they will also keep students informed about upcoming school events and dates. Anyone who is interested in advertising on these signs should contact Mr. Howe at the school.

The Mid Winter Break is Monday, February 21st, to Friday, February 25th. Students go back to classes on the Monday, February 28th!
