Incoming U of S students invited to prepare for academic future

Incoming University of Saskatchewan students and their parents living in Weyburn and area are invited to attend U-Start, a free two-hour program that will help them prepare for their academic future at the U of S.

Incoming University of Saskatchewan students and their parents living in Weyburn and area are invited to attend U-Start, a free two-hour program that will help them prepare for their academic future at the U of S.

Session topics include: choosing and registering for courses; building a great class schedule; understanding how to use the U of S student web portal, PAWS; first-year success programs; important dates and deadlines; and learning about housing options and transition programs.

The free information session will take place at the Weyburn Comprehensive School from 7 to 9 p.m. on May 17.
