*On April 3, police were called to investigate a complaint of a noisy party. As a result of the complaint, a male was charged with urinating in public and another male complained of being assaulted. The assault matter is under investigation.

*On April 2, police were called to a complaint of threats being made. The complainant, who was intoxicated, and the suspect were both spoken to and advised not to communicate. The matter was resolved without incident.

*On April 1, police were called to investigate a hit and run accident to a vehicle that was parked at a local restaurant. The victim's vehicle had damage to the rear. The matter is under investigation.

*Police were called to assist the Regina Police Service with a hit and run motor vehicle accident that occurred in their city. The matter is under investigation.

*On March 31, police were called to a local restaurant with a report of an intoxicated male who was asking people for a ride home. Police attended and the male was taken home.

*Police were called to investigate a report of a minor assault; the matter is under investigation.

*On March 30, police were called to investigate a reportof fraudulent charges to a Visa card. A female was later located and arrested and charged with fraud.

*Police were called to investigate a report of a theft of tools from a local business. The matter is under investigation.

*On March 28, police were called to investigate a complaint of graphic emails being sent to a home computer. The matter is currently under investigation.

*Police were called to investigate a report of mischief to a motor vehicle; in this case the rear window was smashed out. The matter is under investigation.

*Police were called to a local business to investigate a shoplifting complaint. A female was arrested and charged with theft.

*The Weyburn Police Service dealt with 93 occurrences during this reporting period, many of which were alcohol related. Twelve warrants were executed this past week on persons who had outstanding traffic matters.

The poor weather and road conditions made driving quite hazardous on highways and in the city. Residents are reminded that with the warm weather and sloppy streets to take caution when driving and to be careful not to splash pedestrians.
