Cam Broten, leader of the NDP, meets with Noah Jeworski and his father, Mark, at the NDP Banquet in Weyburn on Thursday. The banquet was held at the Legion, where Broten spoke about what the party has achieved in the past year and the shortcomings they have noticed in their Sask Party. Broten said the Sask Party is focusing too much on "shiny, pet projects" and neglecting the day-to-day necessities of the people of Saskatchewan, such as good health care and education. Going forward, Broten said the party's goal is to hold the government responsible for their actions and to grow the party.
