SE Regional Science Fair to be hosted in Midale

The 20th annual Southeast Regional Science Fair will be hosted by Midale Central School on Friday, Mar. 18.



The 20th annual Southeast Regional Science Fair will be hosted by Midale Central School on Friday, Mar. 18.

To be eligible for entrance into the Science Fair, students must be under 21 years of age and must be registered in Grades 7 to 12 in the southeast region. Exhibits are classified by the divisions of life science, physical science, engineering, computer science and bio-technology.

Exhibits are further classified by category of junior, Grades 7 to 8; intermediate, Grades 9 to 10; and senior, Grades 11 to 12.

The schedule of the Science Fair includes judging from 9:30 to 11 a.m.; public viewing from 11 a.m. to 12 noon and 12:30 to 2 p.m.; and disassembling of exhibits from 2 to 3:15 p.m. Awards and presentations will take place at 2:30 p.m.
