Students graduating in 2012 and their parents are reminded that there will be a graduate and parent meeting in the Cafetorium on January 31 at 7:30 to begin planning for the 2012 graduation. Graduates are also reminded to go online to book an appointment for their cap and gown photos.
Grade Nine parents are asked to attend a Grade Nine Night on February 8.
In sports the WCS basketall teams were victorious in the first two games of the annual McLeod Series against Estevan and only have to win one more game on February 9 to retain the trophy. The trophy, contested since 1932 (a break for 4 years in the 70s), is now into its 77th series and Weyburn is up 39 to 37, having won every series since 1984.
