The Estevan Comprehensive School senior boys' basketball team lost a pair of games at the 4A regional basketball playoffs on the weekend to bring an end to their season.

Depending on the outcome of two games this week, the Estevan Sherritt Coal midget A Bruins could win two championship banners, one banner or end their season empty-handed.

With their backs against the wall, the Estevan Sherritt Coal Bruins delivered with a 6-3 win in Weyburn in peewee AA action on Sunday.

Four teams have advanced to their respective finals at the provincial Dominion curling championships being held at the Estevan Curling Club this weekend.

The internationally-acclaimed Harlem Ambassadors will be visiting Weyburn for a game at the Weyburn Comprehensive High School on Wednesday, March 28th at 7:00pm.
