Team Southeast gathered in Weyburn on Monday evening for a pep rally, for the final preparations to take part in the Sask Summer Games.

Nearly 80 drivers competed between the modified and stock car classes.

Tom Berry Jr. won the modified race by several seconds.

Twins initially awarded a game via forfeit, but now the game will be completed July 17 in Regina.

Craig and Donna Regier shot a 2-under-par 27 on the nine-hole, executive-length course to win the tournament for the second time in three years.

Tournament will be held at the Hideout Golf Course at the Hidden Valley Golf and RV Resort.

The distance of decades also gives the book insights of reflection.

Longtime golfer and volunteer Marie Grohn was named to the 2023 Perry Folk Fellowship Award, and was presented with the honour by Kevin Folk.
