ASSINIBOIA - Assiniboia Detachment is seeking the public's assistance in locating 40-year-old Philippe Beaulieu who was reported missing from Mossbank. Beaulieu was last seen on July 16 at 8 a.m.
He is 6-foot 2 and 210 pounds. It's unknown what he was wearing.
