Budget estimates show increases for healthcare and capital spending

Finance Minister Donna Harpauer presented the province’s budget estimates on Wednesday, March 18 in lieu of a full budget. It showed a 3.1 per cent increase to spending and a 3.8 per cent raise for health services.
