Kennedy singer/songwriter, Blake Berglund recently completed a tour, Grassroots & Cowboy Boots, with Jess Moskaluke and Chris Henderson for 2011/2012.

One of my treasured childhood mementos is a letter from Her Majesty. Queen Elizabeth's Lady in Waiting. I'd sent Her Majesty a birthday card, never thinking that I'd get any kind of a response.

The Carlyle Detachment of the RCMP responded to a total of 55 calls during the week of May 25 to May 31. A report of a single vehicle MVC (Motor Vehicle Collision) began the calls for the 25th.

Carlyle was host to a Minor Ball Day Saturday June 2 and Sunday June 3rd.

Struggles in getting the Carlyle pool to open for the summer have been met with success. Through donations that are still being received the pool will be able to open on July 1, weather permitting. They will be holding swimming lessons this year.

It's not a shock to say Rory McIlroy has a lot in common with Tiger Woods. But some of those similarities aren't the kind McIlroy's fans want to see. They like the part about being No. 1 in the world. They like the title of "defending U.S.
