Wade's Cougars playing as a team

Congratulations to Wade's Carlyle Cougars on their win against the Stoughton Eagles this past Sunday on home ice. Jarred Valentine was in the lead for scoring with seven goals for the Cougars. Tyler Colpitts was close behind with six goals.

Town Council met on Wednesday Jan. 4 at 7 p.m. Council has sold two more lots, one in a commercial subdivision and one in a residential subdivision. The mayor, Don Shirley, reported on the 2011 Saskatchewan health statistics.

6 & unders play in first tournament

The Carlyle 6 & under hockey team coached by Ryan Irwin and Jeff Humphries had their first tournament of the season on Saturday January 14, 2012 at Redvers. Their first game was against Redvers B and their second game was against Moosomin.

Novice Cougars take to the road

Starting our weekend off with a Friday the 13th match up, the Cougars are heading to the Kipling rink to take on the Royals. The team skated hard and made some great plays but could not come away with a win.
