The Carlyle RCMP detachment received 47 calls to service between Friday, March 6 and Thursday, March 12. 911 Calls RCMP received four 911 calls during this period. A caller reported a vehicle in a ditch near Carlyle.

The Stoughton Lions enjoyed hosting a community Funspiel on Saturday, March 14. A total of eight teams entered the last curling bonspiel of the year in Stoughton's curling rink.

The Red Coat Rebels a 16U club volleyball team based in Carlyle and coached by Mickey Adams hosted their home tournament on Saturday, March 14. Attending teams included Esterhazy Storm A and B, Yorkton Blitz, and a Regina Volleyball Club (RVC) team.
