Whatever happened to "walk it off"
Kids need to be active and with recent changes to certain schools in Canada, I'm not entirely sure if they can be. First an elementary school in Toronto bans all types of balls that aren't foam, followed by a school in B.C.

Atom Cougars win
The Carlyle Cougars Atom coached by Brian Hagel earned their first win this season. On Saturday November 9th, Arcola Combines were in town for a regular season league game. The Cougars came out strong and dominated with a 15-2 win.
