The tornado at Scarth just over a month ago shook communities and took two young lives. Now, a permanent memorial has been erected at the site where Melita teens Shayna Barnesky and Carter Tilbury lost their lives.

The Rotary Club of Estevan has found a way to have its biggest fundraiser of the year. The service group will have a Lobsterfest on Oct. 3.

The Estevan Power Dodge U10 Cudas football team held their football jamboree Sunday afternoon. The Cudas and a team from Moose Jaw split their rosters in two. Then they played mini-games during the early afternoon at the Woodlawn Athletic Park.
