Provincial governments have been urging the federal government to exempt service rigs from regulations under the Motor Vehicle Transport Act.

Gale Tytlandsvik has been working on maintaining and improving Estevan's downtown oasis.

The telethon will run for 33 hours, starting at 8 a.m. on Oct. 14 and through to 5 p.m. on Oct. 15 at the Royal Canadian Legion Estevan branch. The public is welcome to come in, support the cause, enjoy entertainment and bid on the silent auction items.

The Added Money Power City Barrel Racing event at the Estevan Exhibition grounds attracted lots of riders and Hooves and Hawgs saw dirt bikers compete against good old horse power on Saturday.

Approximately 30 members of the Estevan Police Service, Weyburn Police Service and the Canadian Pacific Railway Police were involved in training on the CP Rail grounds on on Spet. 8. 

Ashworth won a silver medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in England.

Winners were decided in six different age groups.
