For the third straight day, Environment Canada has issued some form of a thunderstorm advisory for southeast Saskatchewan. The agency issued a severe thunderstorm watch Sunday afternoon at 2:32 p.m. for the region.

Emergency crews respond to accident east of Estevan Thursday night

Emergency crews were called to a collision east of Estevan Thursday evening. According to a news release from the Estevan RCMP, at approximately 5:20 p.m., crews were called to the accident at the junction of Highways 39 and 18 near Bienfait.
