I found it hard to choose a theme for this week’s article, not because there weren’t ideas in my head but rather that there were so many. On a positive note, our son arrived this weekend for a short but most welcome visit.

There is one new cases of COVID-19 to report in South East Zone 4, which includes Estevan, according to the daily report for June 11. There were also two recoveries in Zone 4, leaving the total number of active cases at 11, same as the day before.

SaskPower is responding to a number of power outages in the southeast region. The Crown corporation said at 12:41 p.m. that power had been restored in north Estevan, but there are other outages.
