I had so many plans for the Family Day long weekend. As the provincial holiday suggests, I hoped to have quality family time. As you may know, I always call for getting away from home to get the best of my time off.

While it’s still rather cold outside, Environment Canada has ended the extreme cold warning that was in effect for southeast Saskatchewan. The warning was lifted at 11:13 a.m. Monday morning.

There are 161 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on Feb. 14, bringing the provincial total to 26,550 cases. Seven new cases are in the South East region, but none are in South East Zone 4, which includes Estevan.
