A power shovel breaks ground on the northern grounds of South Hill, where the new Douglas Heights development will be located. Situated in the southeast corner of Weyburn backing onto the Tatagwa parkway and river, Douglas Heights is a master planned community featuring single-family lots, a majority of which will be walkouts, contemporary town homes and apartment condos. The development Douglas Heights is named after Tommy Douglas, who was named the "Greatest Canadian".
