Midale-based musicians “Magic of Karpty”, comprised of Bogdan Vatsyk and Nadia Babchouk, show the traditional dress and violins they wear when performing traditional Ukrainian music. They played recently in Estevan and Midale, and were in Weyburn on Dec. 5 at the Tommy Douglas Centre. They grew up in the Ivano Frankivsk region of west Ukraine.
