The Souris Valley Museum is organizing the Greatest Easter Egg Hunt for local families.

The event will be April 20 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the museum, located on Highway 39 west of the city.

This event will be a great day for families to come out for the hunt, which will be around the museum and its grounds.

It will begin at 1:00 p.m., but the museum will be opening its doors at 12:30 p.m. for those families who want to register and pay prior to the start time.

When the hunt starts, children will collect five eggs of the same colour and exchange them at the front for a special treat. If they find the silver egg, they will win a prize.

No registration is required, but it is recommended to register and pay prior to the start time. Admission to the museum will cost $2 per child while adults are free. Participants are asked to bring their Easter egg baskets.
