A few new art exhibits will be on display during the months of November and December.
In the Allie Griffin Art Gallery will be Marilyn Nelson’s show “Where is the Love?”. It is showing from November 2 until the end of December. There will be a public reception on Tuesday, November 8 at 7 p.m.
In the Signal Hill Art Centre art gallery, located on their second floor, will be Hannah Grieve’s new exhibit “Outside the Box”. There will be a public reception held on Wednesday, November 9 at 7 p.m.
In the Weyburn Credit Union art gallery will be the “Layers” exhibit by Shelley Van De Sype.
The Weyburn Arts Council will host their third annual “Four Festive Floors” handmade holiday sale on Sunday, November 20 from 1 to 6 p.m.
Artists are reminded that applications for the James Weir People’s Choice art exhibit are now available. These applications can be found at Signal Hill Arts Centre, at the Weyburn Public Library, on the Weyburn Arts Council’s Facebook page and on the Weyburn Arts Council’s website.
