Weyburn photographer Christopher Borshowa wins second place overall for in his entry for the 2016 local art adjudication. The photos were of Matty Foord, and marks the first time that he is exhibiting a male subject in his photos. He also placed second in last year’s art adjudication, his first time in the annual art competition.
