An Estevan resident has fashioned a creative and beautiful tribute to the graduating Class of 2020.
Lorraine Foord made this display at her home at the intersection of Third Street and 14th Avenue in Estevan.
A grad cruise for the Class of 2020 at ECS is happening Friday night in the streets of Estevan. Even though Foord’s house isn’t on the cruise route, she sent her best wishes to the grads.
The grad cruise is slated to begin at 7 p.m. at the Derrick Motor Inn’s site. Participants will head down Fourth Street, 13th Avenue, Souris Avenue North and Isabelle Street, then head back to the starting point. It’s hoped they’ll do the loop multiple times.
Businesses and residences along the cruise route are well-decorated as well in honour of the grads.
Other people from the community are invited to participate, or to watch along the cruise route.
