The Carnduff RCMP is reminding the public to look out for each other during the ongoing heat wave.

In a post on the Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network, the RCMP says it goes without saying that the last two days have been quite warm, and as they look toward the weekend there is little sign of reprieve, and rather a potential for significant increases in temperature.

“Please take a snippet of your time before the hustle and bustle of the weekend to offer a goodwill check up on your family or friends who maybe elderly or who live in secluded locations to ensure their needs will be met over the next number of days.”

If any assistance is required, the Carnduff RCMP asks people not to hesitate to contact members of the detachment, or the nearest RCMP detachment.
