Every year the Weyburn Review and Weyburn This Week look forward to displaying the creative talent of children in Weyburn and area. Please print as many as your household might require.
Included are a number of formats for children of all ages to choose from and share Christmas stories and/or drawings. We in turn will publish them in our newspaper issues throughout the month of December.
While we cannot guarantee all submissions will make it into the newspaper, we will set up a photo gallery on our www.weyburnreview.com website so that the children can share with family or friends, both in and outside of Weyburn.
For best reproduction, we ask that all children use felt colour markers, pens or darker pencils so that all drawings/writings are clear to read. Each story should be 100 words or less. We hope local families will appreciate the opportunity to add an interactive creative project and we are excited to provide a place to share their work with others.
All scanned submissions, including each student’s first name (last name is optional), age/grade and school/pre-school, can be emailed to [email protected] by no later than Thursday, December 10th.
