Coun. Brad Wheeler and Mayor Marcel Roy paused for a moment after laying a wreath on behalf of the City of Weyburn at the cenotaph for Remembrance Day on Saturday at Memorial Park. Several other dignitaries and representatives of community organizations and businesses also laid wreaths before the ceremonies moved indoors to the Legion’s upper hall, where Mayor Roy was the guest speaker for the service.
