The steel beams for the new construction at the Weyburn Comprehensive School show the project taking shape on Wednesday, as the girders and beams are put into place on the north side of the high school building. The Comp is being prepared to become a Grades 7-to-12 facility with the second phase of construction well underway. The first phase included the Triple C Centre, which opened for use on Tuesday as the school reopened for a new school year. This project will tentatively take until October 2015 for completion; crews were also busily putting in new pavement for the students parking lot by the gym doors.
