A special concert is featured in the intersection of Third Street and Souris Avenue, during Friday evening. This concert, along with a few other entertainers on Saturday, were featured during the Back-to-School street fair that was held downtown during the two days. A number of home-based businesses had displays, many of the downtown businesses offered specials, and many non-profit organizations showcased their services during the street fair.
