Representatives from the Southeast Cornerstone Teacher’s Association presented Envision Counselling with a donation of $2,000 from their membership on Thursday.
Envision Counselling covers roughly the same area as the school division, with offices in Weyburn, Estevan, Carlyle and Oxbow.
Presenting the donation are, at left, Whitney Paul-Joseph, President of the Southeast Cornerstone Teachers’ Association, and at right, Margot Arnold, Treasurer, with Lynda Rideout (centre), Assistant Executive Director of Envision Counselling and Support Centre.
“We are so grateful that local teachers recognize the need for support and counselling in the region,” said Rideout.
