CUPE workers hold raffle to support Humane Society

Health care workers of Cupe Local 5999 in the SCHR are holding a 'Safely Home' raffle to raise money to help the Weyburn Humane Society. The goal is to purchase ID micro chips for the shelter's animals, to be installed upon each animal's adoption.

Health care workers of Cupe Local 5999 in the SCHR are holding a 'Safely Home' raffle to raise money to help the Weyburn Humane Society. The goal is to purchase ID micro chips for the shelter's animals, to be installed upon each animal's adoption.

The grand prize is two tickets to the Rider Labour Day Classic, one night stay at the Chateau Regina Hotel and a $100 gift card for The Keg. Tickets are $10 each or three for $25 and are available at the CUPE Union office, at the Weyburn Humane Society as well as LJ's Hillside Store. The draw date is August 21, 2012.
