The deadline for nominations for the Quota Women of the Year awards is Monday, March 14.
This annual awards ceremony will be held Tuesday, Apr. 12 and is organized by Quota International of Weyburn, with major award sponsorships by SaskPower, Access Communications and Investors Group.
Nomination forms are available from Brady's House of Flowers. Guidelines for nominations is that individuals or groups may nominate a woman for any or all four of the awards, as long as that nominee resides in Weyburn or within a five-kilometre radius of Weyburn.
The nominee must be at least 18 years of age and nominations must be consistent with the award criteria.
Awards being presented will include the SaskPower Workplace Excellence Award, the Quota International of Weyburn Community Service Award, the Access Communications Exceptional Entrepreneur Award, and the Investors Group Young Woman of Distinction Award.
Presentations of the awards will be made at a luncheon on Apr. 12 at McKenna Hall. Tickets for the event will be available from Quotarians.
