The Saskatchewan Health Authority is advising Weyburn area residents that Dr. Daniel Judelson will be leaving the Weyburn Primary Health Care Clinic on September 17, 2021. You are welcome to make appointments with him until then.
All patient information will stay with the clinic. The current physicians/nurse practitioner at the clinic will provide interim care as necessary until a replacement care provider is in place.
WPHCC providers who are not currently accepting new patients will not be able to accept you into their regular practice, but will still work to assist you with any interim or urgent issues up to 90 days following the departure of Dr. Judelson.
Recruitment for this position is already underway by the health authority.
If you choose to seek care outside our clinic, no costs will be incurred to send your file to another physician or nurse practitioner. You can find a list of physicians/nurse practitioners accepting new patients on the Saskatchewan Health Authority website.
