EPS seeking assistance with an incident Monday

The Estevan Police Service (EPS) is seeking the public’s assistance with an incident that occurred Monday. A female had some type of a liquid thrown on her from a passing vehicle while she was walking her dog in central Estevan.

The Estevan Police Service (EPS) is seeking the public’s assistance with an incident that occurred Monday.

A female had some type of a liquid thrown on her from a passing vehicle while she was walking her dog in central Estevan. She did not suffer any injuries, but she sought medical attention for precautionary measures.

The vehicle is described as a black pickup truck and the passenger who threw the liquid is described as being approximately 22 years of age with dark hair and wearing a dark t-shirt.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the EPS at 306-634-4767.

Also on Monday, a welfare check in central Estevan resulted in a 68-year-old Estevan man being arrested for breaching the conditions of his release order, as he had contact with the other occupant of the house.

He was brought back to the EPS, where he was charged and released. He will appear in Estevan Provincial Court on Aug. 17 at 9:30 a.m.
