The indoor swimming pool at the Weyburn Leisure Centre is filled with families enjoying the Family Day holiday on Monday, with free public swimming offered by the City of Weyburn for the afteroon. The Family Day activities also included crafts in the Sun Room, and free skating, while outdoor activities had to be cancelled due to the unusually warm weather melting a lot of the snow. The plans had been for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in Jubilee Park. The pool continued to be well-used through this week as students were off for the February break, with classes to resume Feb. 27.
