Saskatchewan’s largest and longest running gaming expo held in Moose Jaw was cancelled this summer due to ongoing pandemic restrictions.
The event had originally been scheduled to run from July 11-13, 2020 at the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre.
But Moose Jaw Gamers were continuing to support and promote the Creative Kids program for 2020 and moving on into 2021 as well. Moose Jaw Gamers are also holding many online events as the new normal evolves. They’ll be hosting Dungeons and Dragons live video sessions on their Discord server and keep running MJGA Discord for Karaoke, card games, board games, Jackbox games and regular video games online.
Even with GAX cancelled, Moose Jaw Gamers were able to support their current charity, Creative Kids, with a $500 donation this year. They’ve promised to keep Creative Kids as their charity of choice in the future.
