Students from most grades at St. Michael School, along with some staff, show their Rider Pride along with their support for Movember, as a combined spirit day held on Friday. Originally organized as a day to support the Movember movement, the school wanted to also show their support for the Roughriders with the West Final on Sunday to determine who's going to the Grey Cup game set for Sunday, Nov. 24 in Regina. Movember is held throughout the month of November to raise awareness of men's cancer risks, particularly of prostrate cancer. Some staff are growing moustaches and beards for Movember, and the students are showing their support with custom-made temporary moustaches.
